Excellent article, I must admit I had a few games recently which were just not the usual me if you like my scores dropped everything seemed to go wrong no matter what I did. Probably not helped by carrying a slight muscle strain in my thigh which put me off balance.
What did I do, I changed to my spare ball, slowed my approach to just over slow walking pace and just bowled didn't think to much about it. Just repeated have fun, enjoy it and cleared my mind of all the thoughts about what I'm doing wrong. That did the trick I bowled quite well last time out and enjoyed my games and after all that's what it's all about....
