Spearmint or peppermint (optional; for flavor)

On the subject of tea, has anyone tried or heard of Essiac tea? Claims suggest it is effective against many types of cancer. The formula was developed in the early 1900s by a Canadian nurse whose name was Rene Caisse. Essiac is her last name spelled backwards. More info here:
