It makes me angry when I see people abuse handicapped parking. In his last years, my father qualified for handicapped parking and I can assure you it was not a luxury, it was a necessity.

What do you do when you see someone without a Handicapped designation parking in a handicapped spot?

Do you ignore it? Confront the person? Call police?

I must admit, I generally just give them a look, but now I've discovered I can draw attention to the suspected Handicapped Parking Abuse online.

Well I feel the same as you do since I had a niece in a wheel chair and became more aware of the situation. Now my mom has had the need for one. The other day someone was parked in front of me in a spot and no sticker hung in view. So giving them the evil eye which they noticed and out came their sticker which they hung. Made me realize that one can never assume that all are truly "non" handicapped. Lesson Learned.

also you cannot assume there is no sticker or placard because some people might have it rubber-banded to their visor and flip down the visor. I know we did this witrh my roomies placard for a while because the hear can make the hook on the rear-view mirror one weak and flimsy.
