Do you have any tips for driving in Spain? What is the usual speed limit?

Good question!

First of all, when driving in Spain, be VERY careful! If you exceed the limit, you will be charged by the police A LOT OF MONEY!!

So, in few words, here you have the maximum limits:

In towns, cities... 50 km/h.
Highways: 120 km/h
Others, between 80 and 100 km/h.

One word... "Taxi!"

I don't drive on unknown turf if I can help it. I use public transportation, take a taxi or walk it. Depending on where you go, that might be a really good option for you until you get your bearings.

I don't drive either - mi marido y nuestro amigo conducen el coche. Est�n nuestros choferes (sp?). Andamos in Madrid; pero conducemos a otros ciudades. Tomamos los autob�ses y los trenes tambi�n.

My husband and our friend drive the car. They are our chauffeurs. We walk in Madrid; but drive to other cities. We take buses and trains also.

Please talk about the future tense and plurals.

How do you say To Drive <a car> in Spanish?

Decimos "conducir (un coche)". (We say "conducir un coche")

En algunos pa�ses de Am�rica usan "carro" o "auto".
In some countries in America they use "carro" or "auto".
