do you really get traffic from Twitter?

I get a little bit but lately I just haven't had much time to keep up with Twitter. Social media is supposed to be "fun" but it's really time consuming! I just don't find time for all of it anymore.

can you guide me a little how you use twitter for marketing? i would like to join your account on twitter. would you show it to me
