In regards to a question a reader had (I tried to respond, but my response was returned because of AOL's filtering, so hopefully OB will read the answer here),
"I have instructions to make a Soufflel Jacket. Material to be used is Reynolds Mohair-1oZ. IL am unable ot find the mohair in my area. However, I do have Fun Fur material. I am wondering if I can use it in place of the mohair. Would appreciate some help. OB"
I would check the gauge, the manufacturers recommended stitches per inch or cent. and if they are close it should be no problem. I can't be more specific since I'm not familiar with that pattern.
