hi i am new to this thread. my doc advised me to take an iron supplement. i am 35 yr old woman and have always had a low iron count but not by much. i am a 10.5 and the norm starts at 11. i also need a multi-vitamin. i went to GNC and simply became overwhelmed. can any woman recommend a muti vit and an iron supplement? im so nervous about the whole thing because there are SO many products out there that i cant choose. i am caffeine sensitive so i cant take anything that will make me get all jittery. i had taken iron in the past only to find that it makes my stomache hurt. i dont know where to start...
