I love Naan. I could make a meal out of the Naan itself, it is so good. I've tried just about every kind there is.

My favorite is a kind my local Indian restaurant makes - garlic nann with cilantro. Mmmmmm....so good!!

So, what is your favorite kind of Nann?

I love it too. Onion naan is good. I just love dipping it in curry.

The best Naan I have tasted is in Manhattan, NYC at a famous tiny 'taxi cab stand' restaurant between wall street and Chinatown. They have the best freshly baked naan ever as well as Indus Express on 48 West 48 street in Manhattan. here is a link to a review of Indus Express. Hi Malika,

How are you? Hope you are well and enjoying the holiday season.

I also love naan, my favorite is Kashmiri (or Peshawari)naan. This type of naan is stuffed with nuts and dried fruit, it's delicious! Have you tried it?

Hi,

I am a naan eating fanatic myself, tried making it at home but it lacks that distinct charred taste (the good kind) that you can only get in the restaurants. Any ideas or suggestions?

My favs are garlic herb naan and also the one with carmelized onions on it (dont know the name?).

Thx,

dsk

I love naan. A joke about the naan. Only that guys will understand it much better who knows hindi. Ek aadmi ek din bahut se naan kha leta hai. Agle din usko nahi aati. Aur jab wo kar raha hota hai to naan fas jata hai. wo bhagwan se kehta hai. bhagwan- "naan nikal de ya jaan nikal de"

My favorite is garlic butter naan - It's almost dripping in ghee so I have it very occasionally!

I have a question about naan. Some restaurant serve a slightly thick fluffy naan while others serve a thin and crispy naan.

I'd love a recipe for the thin and crispy naan!

Actually, it is thin and the outer parts are crispy but it is still soft and tender, too.

I love any naan! Never met a naan that I didn't like. I fake it at home with a recipe that I developed, baked on a very hot iron skillet in the oven.

I prefer cheese garlic naan. When hot, it really tastes good and melts in your mouth. And butter naan with garlic is also really nice to eat with vegetables.

My favourite naan? Definitely Peshwari naan which has an inner filling of nuts, raisins, sultanas, grated coconut, etc. Delicious and really complements the sharper or more spicy curries! (JOY)
