Rapper DMX has been arrested again for using a false identity to get out of paying a hospital bill. This is just one in a string of arrests for him. Too bad it was done in Phoenix where Sheriff Joe Arpaio may have him.

He is the man who runs a "tent city" in the parking lot of prison and feeds the inmates bologna sandwiches.
