1/2 granulated sugar
1/2 lemon - freshly squeezed
1 cup olive oil
Most everyone has these items on hand already, or can pick them up easily.
Blend all ingredients together. Rub it wherever you need/want - even the face, but be careful of the eyes!
Rinse it off when done....
This beats the microdermabrasion items that I used to buy, and it saves money, too.
For smaller areas, you can cut the recipe in half.
