A 60-year-old librarian received a trespassing ticket today after a liberal group's protest outside a John McCain town hall meeting Monday.

It has been impossible to show any sort of dissent at public appearences of Mr. Bush or Mr. Cheney either except occasionally at a remote site far from the Big Man. The rules seem to go far beyond any concern with security.
God forbid that a politician be placed face-to-face with any opinion but his own!

But obviously Mr. Clinton's policy allowed no dissent either.

If do agree that politicians don't like any type of dissent. As long the dissent is done in a way that doesn't trample on another's freedom of speech than it should be allowed.
