Thats a good list to remember.
I'm wondering about popcorn. I never thought of it as anti-aging.

I would put sugar at the top of the list, myself. Sugar robs your body of vitamin B, which in turn keeps your skin looking young.

I wouldn't think that potatoes and lean red meats would be that bad for you eaten in moderation.

White potatoes have lots of sugar in them, which is probably why they age you. In fact, several things on the "bad" list come down to sugar.

I'm guessing it's because popcorn contains quite a lot of fibre which cleans out toxins.
