It has been reported that ADV Films has indefinitely suspended shipments on four DVDs: Shattered Angels #2, Kanon #6, Tokyo Majin #4, and Welcome to the NHK #5.

At the ADV Sneak Peek panel at Anime Expo, ADV co-founder Matt Greenfield has acknowledged that the company has split with its former business partner, Sojitz. Greenfield indicated that a result of this was that the status of recent releases is now "fate undetermined." However, Greenfield also announced that the company is negotiating for 23 more titles.
