This pie is soooo good! I lost my recipe, but, it is simple:
use recipe for a light cheesecake filling, prepare as directed and fill pie shell, bake at 375F till done. When pie is cool top with:
around the edge a ring of canned cherry pie filling
next ring: whipped cream
center: blueberries (canned pie filling)
This makes a beautiful addition to your 4th of July picnic table and it is so delicious!
