This pie is soooo good! I lost my recipe, but, it is simple:

use recipe for a light cheesecake filling, prepare as directed and fill pie shell, bake at 375F till done. When pie is cool top with:
around the edge a ring of canned cherry pie filling
next ring: whipped cream
center: blueberries (canned pie filling)

This makes a beautiful addition to your 4th of July picnic table and it is so delicious!

PS: The pie shell should be baked first till a light golden brown, then add the filling and return to oven till filling is done. When a knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean then the filling is done.

This is a red, white and blue tempting treat!

I know I am a little late on the 4th of July, but I may be trying this at a cookout this weekend. Awesome recipe!
