OK I am willing to make a weight milestone sign for ANYBODY here - just tell me a weight milestone in an increment of 5 and I will post it! For me I found it best to concentrate on JUST THIS FIVE. I had small goals to celebrate, not huge ones to stress about. It really worked!!
Here is my current one, I've already gone through 135 and 130 in what, two weeks? It really works!!
