I recently started drinking something I call James Ray's Breakfast Shake. (I read about it in Harmonic Wealth by James Ray) There is actually a whole section on the physical body and he offers up some great ideas that have worked for me.

One of those is starting off the day with a glass of water with lemon and then making my first meal a green shake. Yep, veggies for breakfast. Still doesnt hit the spot like a pile of pancakes, but Ive lost seven pounds in the last month and a half and my skin is looking a lot brighter and clearer. Good luck and God bless!

My healthy breakfast is usually some kind of fruit and oatmeal. Sometimes cereal. If I have too much sugar to start the day, I'll feel the need to sleep. Only time I have veggies for breakfast is if they're in an omlet.

My healthy breakfast (whenever I'm motivated to eat healthily) consists of bran cereal w/ 2% milk and a fruit cup.

I normally just eat a quick bowl of cereal or grab some fruit and head out the door but I'm trying to eat more healthy foods. There's an article in the new More magazine on how important breakfast is and it says women should eat foods like raspberries, walnuts, bran, eggs plus some others to make sure we are getting the right nutrients as we get older. I'm definitely not doing that right now so I need to start.

I love wholemeal toast with avocado and tomato on top. It really feels like a good start to the day.
If I cook scrambled eggs, I have heaps of vegies in it (carot, onion, celery, capsicum, tomato) and I serve it on top of a green leafy salad. I buy the mixed bags that have rocket, baby spinich etc. I love this breakfast when I have the time!

I am big fan of oatmeal with fruit to start the day but since I have become pregnant I need to have an eggs each morning. Right now I am really into a toasted whole wheat English muffin with egg whites and one slice of cheese. Yum! Oh and a glass of Ruby Red grapefruit. I am getting hungry just writing about it...ha!

For my daily breakfast I consume Green-tea, dry-fruits salad and sandwitch.
