The weight loss continues!!
Today's numbers:
126.4 lb
26.5% fat
51.5% water
6.1 lb bone
37.6 lb muscle
So you can definitely see I'm not losing water weight here. My water percentage is high and steady. I'm making sure to drink lots of water. I'm losing a nice proportion of fat and muscle together, which makes sense.
I'm closing in on my goal of 125! Once I hit 125 I'm going to do body measurements again (waist etc) to see how those compare with back when I was 140
Then those will be my goal going forwards.
Note that last night I had 2 glasses of port, so I'm adding alcohol back in, and with my activity and diet it didn't upset my progress!
