I am almost finished reading this great book called Devil's Cape. It is by Rob Rogers and anyone who is a fan of the superhero genre NEEDS to read this book. It takes place in the New Orleans inspired town of Devil's Cape and spans 30 years of superhero mayhem! I can't believe this is Rogers' first book, the writing is superb and the characters are identifiable.
