Hello everyone,

This week's article is on Father Gods:

Father Gods

Do you relate to a father god as an archetype, father figure, or other influence in your life?

It is interesting how dangerous all the Father gods seem to be.

It is something like in real life - Dad does the punishing, mom does the comforting. (Maybe not in all families, but it does seem to happen that way quite frequently)

You'll get no argument from me!!! For over 500 years our family knew which side of the bread the butter was on, as my Grandpa would say. I am the last in my family who knows the benefits of leaning into our nurturing source. I do not know if all of you ladies realize how incredibly important you are today to offset this twisted greed, self-centeredness, and environment-destroying thinking that we seem to have adopted in our world. My family knew your importance and I know it!!!!!!!!!! Blessed Be to you.

The Native Americans, some tribes, call the Great Spirit "Wankan Tankah". They also refer to the sun as Father Sun and the earth as Mother Earth.
