I LOVE my little Georgie! I'm on my second, having worn out the first one. Mine is the smallest one and it lives on the counter right beside the stove so it is nice and handy for use.
No special recipes to share, I just slap a bit of meat on it and voila! Done in a flash!

Heres a recipe from the owners manual

Mustard Lemon Chicken Breast;
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp.paprika
4 6oz chicken breast halved with skin taken off

Preheat the grilling machine for 3-5 minutes
Mix first 5 ingredients
Add chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 1/2 hour
Place marinated chicken on Grilling machine and close lid

Remove and serve

It has a great taste! enjoy

Love, love, love it. Going to have to try that recipe; most often I just grill up some chicken to slice and put on salads for lunch, but it's most often with a balsalmic vinigrette.

The grill was one of my go-to items when I was single and lived in the barracks. (think college dorm room) Better for you than fast food, minimal prep and cleanup, and the rules did not specifically say "no Foreman grills" like they did "no hotplates."

Another thing I used it for was my "open and dump" soup. That was a vegetable soup, but I'd throw in chunks of grilled chicken for the non-vegetarians.

(quantities are up to you)

Olive oil
onion
garlic
Chicken broth
canned beans
frozen veggie (carrots, corn, & peas) mix
any other vegetable lying around the fridge
grilled chicken
Tabasco to taste (optional)

Saute onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients, rinsing beans, chopping random veggies (usually a potato)

Simmer until flavors blend.

Wait a minute!
The George Forman grills I know are slanted so any rendered fat will run off into the little catchbasin provided. How on Earth can you simmer broth on it?
I do grill veggies, like zucchini, mushrooms and sliced eggplant on it; anything that isn't too sloppy. Tomatoes don't work well.

Claybird, sorry, the soup is in a pot, the chicken in the soup is grilled in a Foreman grill. Saves using another pan, and gives it those nice grill marks.
