Do you have a favorite book that you go to for technique help? I have at least two, the first is the Vogue Knitting book, which has clear illustrations and the second is The Handknitter's Handbook by Montse Stanley. Both books offer good instructions and illustrations.

What are your favorites?

The one I find I use the most is The Principles of Knitting by June Hemmons Hiatt.

I like Big Girl Knits. They have a how to on increasing pattern size.

I like books that tell us how to adjust patterns, too, since no one is "normal".
