I don't think i am ready for that step yet, Lisa. For some reason, this is an emotional subject for me.
Both Dan and myself just treat hunger as an irritation, to be gotten rid of as quickly as possible so we can move on to other, more interesting things.
As long as I can make sure I am ticking off my fiber, protein, veggies, calcium, etc, then I won't have to worry about nutrition.
The enjoyment part might have to be attended to at some other point. Not this year. Got other things on my "plate" (pun intended).
