Hmmm. Easy low carb chocolate...sometimes I add cocoa to a mix of sour cream, splenda and cool whip.
I am all about the easy. It's like eating cake batter with a bit of actual protein in it (the sour cream).
Sometimes I also add cocoa and splenda to a silken tofu, whip that up and eat it. Again with the protein. I can eat the whole bowl and not feel guilty.
