By this point, he's usually laughing too hard and I've forgotten that I wanted chocolate chip cookies. My life is lived purely for the entertainment of others...

Yes Bob likes to cook. So he should enjoy making us a cake! Right now he's off at the bike shop and I'm home alone, working on the forums all day long with noooooo chocolate cake ...

Hmmm. Easy low carb chocolate...sometimes I add cocoa to a mix of sour cream, splenda and cool whip.

I am all about the easy. It's like eating cake batter with a bit of actual protein in it (the sour cream).

Sometimes I also add cocoa and splenda to a silken tofu, whip that up and eat it. Again with the protein. I can eat the whole bowl and not feel guilty.

That sounds tasty, it's neat that you have thought up so many cool options!
