It's like Alice's Restaurant! (imagine if everyone did a tree pose and then walked out...)

I feel like a mascot - the kind of stuffed toy you take pics of when you travel, in front of famous places. heehee

Oh, just to show you that yoga is contagious Bob was going golfing with a friend of his who is getting into yoga. When Bob showed up at the course, his friend was doing some stretches yoga-like. Bob said "aren't you going to do tree pose?" The friend says "what's tree pose?" So Bob went up into a tree pose! The friend was amazed.

So it's rubbing off on Bob even though he never "does" yoga - he sees me doing it all the time and helps me out sometimes.

Yay, Bob! That is so cool.

Is he good at it?

I'm trying to picture it, i told you Lisa your good works are wearing off on Bob, good for him

Here is me doing the tree pose today on Nantucket Island! It was a rainy day, but it's always fun to be here, no matter what the weather is
