What do you think about the latest misinformation
launched by main stream media to discredit the health
and benefits of water?

Dear Ladies,

Thank you for your reaction and response.
You see we have a big problem because we are so used
to the Media manipulation with our brain. Therefore we
absorb any info given by them.
I invite you to visit this site Benefits of Water
for independent information about benefits of water for our
health and body. Please read it, it's very interesting.

I admit, I do indulge in sodas on occassion. But not on a regular basis. I'm just not overly fond of kidney stones.

I haven't been a soda drinker in years! Hurray for water! I don't care what the media says about it.

Don't believe the hype! Water is essential to life. Unfortunately most people will fall for this as they sruggled to drink enough of it anyway. Now they can go back to their soft drinks guilt free.

I have been drinking diet sodas, then switched to caffeine-free diet sodas, now am slowly switching to water.

But it is so weird - now that I am drinking water - I am so thirsty all the time!

It's like I can't get enough to drink.

I know in my head thast I am hydrating my body better with water than anbything else, but it feels like just the opposite. crazy

I mostly drink just bottled water or skim milk with chocolate syrup and OJ. I think I have had root beer a few times like when we were at In n Out burger and Shakeys. I gave up my Pepsi habit long ago, well actually switched to sprite and then diet sprite and then nothing.

We filter our drinking water at the tap so there is no reason to buy bottled water. I try to drink water throughout the day. Soda is a rarity because of it's high calorie and sugar content.

I also filter my well water with a Brita filter for drinking plain, making tea and cooking, but can't stop drinking a diet lime cola or 2 every day. No calories, no sugar but a refreshing flavor that I enjoy.

I went to the doctor's office the other day and they were nervous because they found some blood in my Pepsi stream.

I should have bought stock in that company.

I've mostly cut out sodas, but they've been replaced by sugar-free drink mixes, highly-caffienated sugar-free drink mixes, coffee, and sometimes plain water.

I *know* water is better for me. I actually drank 5L of plain water yesterday. (BBQ + Heat Index of 108 = drinking lots of water) Of course, then I made the mistake of stepping on the scale... 5L of water = ~20 lbs, so I shouldn't be surprised that 5-ish lbs were still in my system. It was all gone this morning, but argh. I need to stay away from that scale.
