No, my pattern is not abnormal to the point where I need to see a doctor. So what I'm doing is maintaining a normal pattern without adding extra supplements to my existing diet. So by eating my LiveActive cereal I'm not changing much, just eating cereal every morning and it helps maintain.
It's kind of the same thing as going to the gym after already being fit, to maintain the level of fitness.
