Yep, with kids its much harder. I tried to keep the food as close the normal for them as possible, and of course breakfast becomes the hardest.

Our favorite meal was matzoh pizza, which I think they ate three times a day! They were allowed to make it themselves, so it kept them happy.

Don't forget matzoh brie, that was another biggie for the kids...

We just had "Pizza for Passover" and were sadly dissapointed.

Oh, and in case you think it will all be over as they get older... I have two in college who planned on starving this week. But as the week got closer starvation didn't sound so good, and they went into panic mode. We told them to loosen up a little, but old habits...

Well, my older one went into food services and they ordered some kosher for Passover frozen food for him! I was shocked! The other one goes to a bigger school and their Hillel made food available. Now, my babies won't have to starve! (They are both big, muscle bound healthy boys. They need their food!)
