The way my day starts has a lot to do with the breakfast I eat. This morning I had oatmeal, whole wheat toast and coffee. I put the old fashioned oats in cold water, add cinnamon, 2 pks of equal and some vanilla soy milk (Silk). I bring it to a boil, gently simmer for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it set for 20 minutes. It makes me feel really good when I take the time to fix a nutritious breakfast for myself and I also feel energetic. laugh
