Yep, I even like the plain ones. But, I really love the black pepper flavor (I love black pepper!). I'll have to try the rosemary. Rosemary is supposed to be good for memory & I need some help there! LOL
I made a batch of canned salmon salad (like tuna salad with lots of celery & onions & eggs, a bit of mayo & spicy mustard and dill pickle relish) this week and it was so good on Triscuits.
I also eat them with cheese and/or turkey/ham/salami and cherry tomatoes or celery--I just made up a little snack plate like this last night for dinner since I didn't want to cook.
And, guess what? I lost a couple of pounds! (Can't give all the credit to the crackers, though. I've been walking longer & harder this week, went to yoga class twice, been taking my fiber supplements, calcium, lots of water, too.)
But, I did also eat some chocolate and on Tuesday, I went to a meeting and ate the lunch they had--a fat deli sandwich on some sort of artisan bread, some "kettle chips" and a deliciously sinful cookie.
I've always allowed myself one meal a week to eat whatever. One meal--not one giant batch of brownies! LOL. And, since I go to many events, that's usually when I eat a "cheat meal"--that way, no leftovers! I do often skip the dessert, but that cookie got me!
But, I don't really think of myself as "on a diet", either. I think of myself as learning to eat better, making healthier choices and trying to lose some weight and get in better shape. So, I never think "I can't have that", I think "I'd rather not eat that now".
