I'm really interested in diatetics and nutrition myself, so, although hubby does most of the cooking, I feel I keep a good eye on what we are eating. I suppose where I might like some help is with choosing and trying out new things, though. I do all the shopping and I buy good, healthy food but it does tend to be the same most weeks. I would love someone to tell me what some of the unusual vegetables I've seen around are, and what they taste like, how to cook them, etc. I'm a bit wary of spending money on something I might not like or know how to prepare.
