I read in the paper that the oldest living person is 115 and she lives in Indiana.

She said she never allowed things to bother her and never got stressed.

Could being "mellow" be a key to longevity?

It takes more than positive thoughts to live to be 115 but ---
stress is a killer. It ages us quickly. I think when we learn to take control of our thoughts and emotions, we can help reduce stress.

God bless her for living to 115!

Did anyone watch that show with Barbara Walters a few weeks ago about living to 100 and 150? I missed it and was curious to the content.
