Hello! I hope this is the right forum. I have a CD that is Read Only that I would like to delete the files on. I had erased my files on a memory stick a few years back & had a place restore some of them which they sent to me on a Read Only CD. I have all that I need on them but need to delete the info on it. It's very personal info. I contacted the place & they said just buy a shredder & shred it. Well, I'm 'green' & don't believe in doing that. I have a friend at church who uses CD/DVD's to make crafts & I can give it to her, but I need my data off of it first.
If somebody could help me, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you!
Love,
Reina
