I have reached my first 20 pounds lost since Jan 1st. I am soooo happy. My doctor has been able to take me off of two prescription drugs because of the changes i have made to be healthier. It can only get better

Wow! Congratulations on all your hard work.  They always say that weight loss can help you reduce prescription drug usage. One of my relatives was able to cut down on his blood pressure medication when he lost some weight. He wasn't even overweight to begin with, he just moved more to the middle or lower end of the BMI scale.

Congratulations Rosie! Keep up the great work. I saw this on the latest post list and know how hard weight loss can be. It's amazing how much better you feel when you drop some of the excess weight. I'm at 50 pounds and have another 20 or so go to get to my ultimate goal. Have fun shopping for new clothes, just don't buy too many til you hit your goal. It sure feels weird when clothes are way too big and not too small for once..LOL! Hubby is after me to buy new jeans cause mine are baggy again.
