Yes!Yes! Spring can't hold itself back even if snow if lingering in some places.

The Northwest Tulip Festivals are a photographers dream. Acres of blooms everywhere. Come on out if you're in the area, rain or shine.

The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Washington runs from April 1-30, with a kickoff event this weekend.

The Woodburn Tulip Festival in Oregon has begun. Runs March 20-April 19.

I lived in Skagit County, Mt. Vernon, for several years and miss it greatly! The tulip fields were so awesome and even seeing them in person makes one wonder if they are for real. I just could not get enough of it. We would pack our lunches and go tour all the sites. My sister-in-law once told me that a cousin of hers had gone on a European Holiday and made special plans to visit Holland to see the tulips and get some actual bulbs from Holland to take back home. She was a little early in the season and was told by the Nursery she stopped at in Holland that "The bulbs had not come in from Skagit County of the Pacific Northwest yet." She was so shocked, especially since she lived in Skagit County!

I've updated this thread to include links to 3 festivals and farms. The next two weekends are still great times to visit. Some of the late blooming tulips are just beginning to show color. Great tourist events if you're visiting the Northwest.
