There's been a lot of uproar over eBay's new pricing and feedback policies.

If you use eBay are you going to stay or look for Auction and e-Store Alternatives to eBay?

I have used ebay for many years and used to really love it - heck I just got a Wii for my son on it. But I also think these new changes are AWFUL and really disagree with them. It is going to be a hard change for me to move though. It's like Amazon to me - I've used them for so many years now (since 1998?) that they are a part of my life ...

Oddly I haven't hit any of the feedback changes they were talking about yet. So to me a lot of the change is still "theoretical". I think the moment I actually hit a feedback change in person it will be my moment of truth, if I move to switch ...

I stopped selling on eBay a while back. Every once in a while I think I should try again because I need to clean out some of my junk, but eBay has become such a chore. I think a yard sale would be easier and more fun than eBay at this point.

I've noticed that since I stopped selling, I hardly ever buy on eBay anymore. When I was on the site checking my auctions I would look for things I needed. Now I shop a variety of sites. I still check eBay, but it's no longer my first stop. As a buyer I've found some great deals now that I'm not tied to a single site.
