Even though I do not have any children, I really enjoy the British cartoon "Charlie and Lola". The kids are sweet, adorable, and well behaved. The plots and story lines are great, because they relate closely to real-life experiences. An added bonus is that they have real children doing the voices for the characters. It bugs me when shows have adults doing children's voices.

My girls enjoy Charlie and Lola as well! I do admit though that the show does grate on me a little. But, it's a favorite of my girls and there is nothing wrong with the show so they do get to watch it!

Marci, why does the show "grate" on you? I understand though. There are some children's shows that absolutely annoy me. The Dooblebops is one of them eek

I don't like Tracy beaker or Holly oaks. They really get on my nerves because they are silly and over dramatic, esp Hollyoaks UGGGGGG!

I think that part of the reason it grates on me is the voices, they seem a little too whinny for me at different parts! There is nothing I hate more than whining, except maybe lieing. I can tolerate the bouncing off the walls, and loud voices, or practically anything else, but don't whine! Just my feelings!
