There has been no SLP all school year and since this is the triennial I wanted to know if there is to be some sort of Speech assessment or report?

Can I request the speech supervisor come and do something or I was thinking of calling the middle school he will go to and see if that person will be assigned next year and seeing if they would come and observe son and do a report

Something similar along the lines when he was in Early Intervention and the school District OT went there to observe and do report?

What are the choices or options I have for getting the comp time in middle school?

I did not go to due process since this year I started homeschooling my HFA sixth grader who was mainstreamed 1st - fifth but did not send him to school due to safety issues and doing california virtual academy at home until high school when he hopes to go to la zoo magnet hs.

Plus there are wait lists for the NPAs for SLP and they are far away and I just got new car and could not drive long distances before.

Is it too late for due process now or?
