BellaOnline Forums TV and Movies Children's Movies 101 Dalmatians (animated version)

The 101 Dalmatians Platinum Edition DVD was released on March 4. Anyone have any thoughts on this Disney animated classic or on the DVD release?

I haven't picked it up myself, but Disney Channel has been playing the heck out of Selena Gomez's rendition of "Cruella De Vil." Personally, I didn't like her rendition, just like the other modern re-workings of the songs from the classic Disney animated films.

I agree with you on the re-workings of the songs, and I really hate it when they remake an older classic! Why can't they come up with their own original ideas instead of stealing someone else's?

I've always loved 101 Dalmatians! And am hoping to get the platinum version for the kids since we don't own it yet!
