Allergy season has hit where I live so I've increased the number of times a day that I cleanse my nasal passages with my Neti Pot and saline solution. I was doing 2 times per day and now I'm cleansing 3 times per day. It's been helping reduce nasal congestion. I still have watery, itchy eyes and some sneezing but that a big improvement over having a plugged-up nose. Anyone else have any success stories to share with their Neti pots?

I started using a neti pot about a year ago and it really decreased my allergies! I've even used it for my kids when they get colds and they don't seem to mind it too much.

I feel the Neti pot has really reduced the allergy meds and cold meds we take! I especially don't like giving these to the kids.

If we are having allergy or cold problems, we use it twice a day, otherwise once a day.
