I adore the British cartoon "Charlie and Lola". They are such adorable children and they are very well-mannered, plus they speak eloquently. Of course, it's a cartoon but I assume they took many of the experiences from real life. Are English children really that well-mannered and eloquent?

The answer is No! LOL! they are like all children. Some good, some bad.

The ones I personally work with are a lovely bunch. We have ones who need emotional help, but only cos of issues at home. In fact, I can say so far I have yet to meet a child that, if I tried hard, I did not get on with.
