Ah but it's not about fariness
It's about activity! People who are thin generally are active too. They have high metabolisms. The women I know who are thin are the ones who go out and do things, so they have muscle, so that burns off the things they eat.
So we just need to get you active and then you can eat things knowing your activities will burn those calories right off again
