Thanks Carletta smile I do think it's sweet when my children say they just want to live with me forever. I do know they'll change their minds, so I'm not worried LOL. I remember when I was a kid and worried because I thought I'd have to be out of the house as soon as I turned 18!

As a teacher-mom I have found the very best method to be following the child's own interest - whatever that may be (that's appropriate of course!)

Finding out about music stars, fashion, extreme sports whatever.... involves IT skills, research, library visits, reading (you can read it to them if necessary)and hopefully writing.

Why not allow yourselves permission to do nothing but this for a trial month?

I know. I just love it when they say they want to marry me. Sometimes I want them to stick around for ever. Other times... not so much! wink
