Yes, England does get snow. Sometimes even, we get it badly. Twice in history the great river Thames froze over and they had medieval fairs with fires on it. That is one of the reasons the bridges are built the way they are with the breakers, to stop it happening again.
We have had snow badly a few times I remember, up to 4/5in I guess, and worse up North. The Children do not mind, it can mean school is cancelled!
