I must be really lazy, but to me that sounds like a lot of work. I just get the low sugar yogurts that have fruit in them, and they are delicious as is. Granted they don't have any Kashi in them
But they have everything but fiber, which I get elsewhere.
Not to say your way is anything but delicious! It looks like you have an awesome solution that works well for you. I'm just saying that it's too many steps for me
