PantheaCon is one of the largest Pagan conventions in the US. It is going on this year February 15-18 in San Jose, CA. It boasts some of the biggest names in Paganism with an intense program schedule covering topics from energy healing to trance dancing and everything in between.

One of my girlfriends used to go to this every year. I've heard they have some really great speakers... like RJ Stewart for one! I would LOVE to see him!

You and me both. I've recently finished his book, The Spirit Cord, which I plan on working with. I also like his work in regards to the Faery realm. He seems like he would be a character to meet in person.

I would love to travel to cons, but right now it isn't possible. I can barely make local ones. Buying a house is the highest priority for my husband and I; the American Dream and all that you know.

I would have to say buying a house is pretty important We recently sold our house, and are currently renting. It feels SOOOOOOO strange! We want to buy again in about two years.

I hadn't heard of the book "Spirit Cord." I'll have to go find it on amazon. Did you enjoy it??? His books on the faery realms were WONDERFUL! And I plan on reading them over and over and over again.

I did really like the "Spirit Cord." It is the first of two volumes. The second will be released later this year. He works with a physical cord that we make ourselves and uses a set of guided meditations and "forms," which seem to resemble ceremonial magick. The forms are his own framework though; something he seems to do really well.
