Hello everyone!

I have this bracelet I got sometime back in July '07 and the thread that goes through the circle charm is starting to fray and am afraid it will break soon but I have absolutely no clue as to retying the same adjustable knot. It has two adjustable knots that look somewhat like a noose like it has been wound over and over again (I know bad description!). I have become anxious and cannot stop staring at the fraying thread. You know how it feels when one becomes completely attached to something so simple. I have attached the pictures of the bracelet on my wrist to flickr and hopefully someone will be able to help me identify it.

I think you're looking for the "easy slider" knotting technique, which Phoenix Sterling demonstrates in this PDF file (you can open the file with the free version of Adobe Acrobat):
