That is *awesome* Jilly - you are such an inspiration to us! I'll wait until Sunday to see if anybody else chimes in with a higher number, but I think you probably have won this round Great job!

I am at 137 right now - so in this time range I have been between 136 and 140 I think. I have definitely gotten more flexible and increased my endurance, which is great! Now I think I have to start being more aerobic for longer periods of time - i.e. instead of dancing for an hour, dancing for an hour-and-a-half. I am sure I can lose the weight if I focus!

Maybe we can do another round for the "summer months" of June - July - August! That gives me some time to catch up on a few things in here first

Gosh, the weight didn't fall off like it did the first time I started low carb eating. Of course, I am limited in my exercising
so I guess that makes all the difference in the world.
My total weight loss was just over 13 lbs. Gee, now I know what my mom meant when she said it gets harder to lose as you age, that's so true.
Well, I know I didn't win but I enjoyed it none the less! I still plan on sticking with it!

If i am the Biggest Loser of this round, then I guess that makes Sunseed (13 pounds) and Lolly (11 pounds) the other Finalists? Unless I missed someone?

Of course, everyone who was in this group is a winner - we all either lost pounds, or didn't gain them, or converted fat into muscle.

Sunseed - that is a great amount of weight you've lost! Congratulations! Definitely exercising is a key to it. Keep at it and you can continue to become more healthy!

Marvin's Mom - we'll get you down below 200! Do you have any stairs in your house? Try just one minute of going up and down the first stair, each day. See if that helps!
