I have used other spicy toppers for cream cheese, but have never heard on Tiger Sauce. I went to internet to check it out. All I can say is oh-yum.

I have to pick up a couple of items today, will look for Tiger Sauce--hope it's not a regional item.

I absolutely LOVE Pepper Jack Cheese.

Me too. I suspect there are 100's of recipes for cheese balls, but here is good one for Pepper Jack cheese.

Spicy Cheese Ball

1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded
8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together, cover with clear wrap and refrigerate until mixture is fairly stiff. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts.

Or spray a small container with veggie oil and press cheese in mold. Return to fridge for an hour or so. Release cheese from mold and press chopped walnuts into cheese.

This makes 4 cups of flavored cheese.
