Here's something I concocted over the holidays. It turned out yummy and was quick and easy.

Cut 5-6 apples into thin wedges. Microwave them with a little butter and some sugar and cinnamon--until the apples are softened. Mix the cooked apples with a can of cherry pie filling.

It makes a nice, easy side dish with just about any kind of meat. Yummers!
