After a woman has reached the age of 60, is it really possible to find the true love you want in your life? Most men I find that are the right age for me are looking for women much younger. Several men in their 60's and 70's that I have come in contact with are looking for women who are "30-45; tall, slender, athletic, beautiful, etc......" What about us women who are over 60, who are beautiful inside and out, who have a loving nature and time for a man in their life? I want to grow older sharing my life with a loving man who has good values and a happy nature who is a bit adventuresome (not mountain climbing), a joy to be with and will accept my large family and traditions and share his with me. Where are these men? Have they all disappeared from society? Are they just looking for younger women to make themselves feel younger? I want a real man who I can marry and spend the rest of my life with - a good man. Where are the REAL men?

Yes, it is possible to find love and it can happen because it happened to me. I do agree though; a lot of men our age are looking for woman that are younger. My favorite thing to say was: if a guy can date a 45 yr. old..why would he date a 58 yr. old? why?...because we have things in common such as values
...music...family traditions...spirtuallity.
I was enjoying my life.had lots of friends (female & male). I was content & happy and it showed. I was not looking to get married...I was looking to make friends.

I'M 60yrs old at what age do we start looking for older stuff, its not very appealing,

I am not particularly looking for marriage either, but, if it happens, it happens and it would have to be a very special man. I still do not have an answer as to why most men over 60 do not give us women over 60 credit for being intelligent, spiritual, successful, sensual, attractive, and a delight to be with. What are these guys looking for - a second childhood?

You might be right...but I have a few men friens who are over 60 and I think I'll start asking..and see what developes...
